17th Century with Peace & Tranquility

Having been restored and renovated with the utmost care, this manor house dating from the Seventeenth Century has been converted into an hotel where peace and tranquility reigns. San Roque Manor-Hotel preserves all the features of traditional architecture, showing them in their maximum splendour by expertly combining the full power of the historic past with contemporary aesthetics.

 

The final brushstroke in this project is the constant attention given to those who wish to spend their visit in beautiful, peaceful surroundings and a calm, friendly atmosphere.


Furthermore, visitors can take this opportunity to discover the Isla Baja (Lower Island) area, a little known part of Tenerife that has managed to retain the original flavour and the heritage of its towns and villages, along with the wild beauty of its mountains and coasts.

San Roque is a small hotel with 20 rooms, where peace and tranquility have reigned since time immemorial. We have 16 double rooms, 2 Junior Suites and 2 suites, one of which is The Tower. Each room has its own personality, stated in colour and furnishings. All the rooms are equipped with:

The Decoration of San Roque

The dream of creating a unique space led to the idea of combining different styles. Special care was taken to ensure that, with the restoration of the Main House, the exquisite colonial style of the original was preserved, with its patios, balconies, and galleries, and that its beauty was highlighted through the choice of contemporary décor. This is reflected in both the furniture and the works of art.

The majority of the pieces furnishing the rooms and lounges use designs by members of the Bauhaus school, such as Chareau, Hoffmann, Le Corbusier, Mies van der Rohe, Bertoia and distinguished designers such as Charles Rennie Mackintosh of the Glasgow School amongst others.
