A champagne reception can be served on the beach, or from inside the hotel. Guests may even drift out to our balconies overlooking the Loch. Gourmet cuisine, utilizing all that is fresh and delicious from Scotland's larder, is served by our 2 rosette restaurant. We can host small, medium and large parties comfortably. A wedding feast, imaginatively blending modern and traditional tastes, can be created for 80-120 guests, but the banqueting suites can also convert into smaller areas for more intimate wedding celebrations.

Head Chef David Friel uses only the finest and freshest local produce to create a mix of traditional and contemporary cooking in Colquhoun's our 2 AA rosette award winning restaurant . It has a deliberately relaxed charm and feel and provides breath taking uninterrupted views of the loch. In summer, dine al fresco on our balconied terrace as the waters lap gently below you.

The changing restaurant menu consists of starters such as our fantastic Lobster Ravioli and Roasted Vegetables with Herb Crostini, Mains include Fresh caught Rainbow Trout and Crushed New Potatoes and a signature dish of Roast Saddle of Wild Venison, Red Cabbage, Black Pudding and Dauphine Potato. Desserts include Vanilla Pannacota with Rhubarb Compote and Strawberry Cappuccino and Shortbread Biscuits.

For something lighter or a little less formal Colquhoun's bar also offers a range of light dishes and meals cooked to the same exacting standards as the restaurant from 12 till 6pm.
